Students entering Redemptive Life Academy for the first time must present the following upon registration:

  1. A completed student registration form signed and dated by a parent or a legal guardian.

  2. A valid Birth Certificate or other valid documentation.

  3. Medical Forms - The medical examination form is provided by your doctor and must include written verification of all necessary immunizations, the dates they were given, and recorded on DH Form 680. All students entering Preschool, Kindergarten and new students are required by Department of Health to have a Health Exam recorded on the DH 3040 form.

  4. Fees must accompany Registration Packet.

  5. Payment of tuition, book and computer fees must be paid by start of school.

  6. Students transferring to Redemptive Life Academy from another school must bring a copy of their latest report card. Redemptive Life Academy will request other pertinent information as needed.

  7. Name, telephone, and address of the previous school attended.

Withdrawal Procedure
  1. Parent must inform the pre-school teacher and the school office 2 weeks in advance of the student’s withdrawal.
  2. Student’s belonging will be packed by the teacher or staff member on the students last day of school. Example towels, clothes, books, mat, etc…
  3. Student’s belonging will not be kept longer than 30 days after the student has withdrawn.
  4. Refunds will not be given until the withdrawal process has been completed and a check will be sent out after 2 weeks. See student refund policy.
  5. Student’s who withdraw due to financial issues must see the school financial officer. See Financial Policy and Procedure.
  6. Parents are responsible for all financial obligations not covered or lost because of a scholarship or financial aid program.
